Prostate cancer treatment
We consult with men diagnosed with prostate cancer and offer individualized therapy including:

• Robotic Radical Prostatectomy (DaVinci procedure)
• Cryoablation of the prostate
• Radiation seed implantation (brachytherapy)
• Hormonal suppression
• Watchful waiting

Treatment of enlarged prostate (BPH)

• Medical management individualized to symptoms, prostate size, PSA values and current medications taken.
• We  offer microwave thermotherapy for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. This outpatient procedure is routinely performed under sedation and offers and alternative to surgery for a lifetime of medical therapy.
• Laser prostatectomy or bipolar resection can be performed as an outpatient at the Urocenter (urocentermemephis.org)

Advanced Treatment Options

• Neuromodulation of the bladder
• Interstim sacral nerve stimulation for overactive bladder patients who do not respond to medication and/or urinary retention patients with decreased bladder function
