To make an appointment with one of our physicians or to ask a question about our practice, please call the office location most convenient to you or email us at Surology@aol.com.

We encourage you to call and speak to our receptionist if there is a question about a prescription, scheduled test, appointment or procedure. Prescription refills and messages can be handled during regular business hours. If you are unable to keep your office or surgical appointments we ask for the consideration of a phone call.

Non-emergency calls to your physician will be returned between clinic hours, when your record can be reviewed.

Emergency calls will be returned as soon as possible. At night, on holidays and during the weekends your call will be returned by the doctor on call. We ask that these calls be limited to emergencies.
